Restoring Alberta Beach Home To Its Proper Glory.
We Came into contact with a lovely couple looking to get their roofing project done, they ended up hiring a contractor that wasn’t doing a professional job, eventually they ended up vandilizing their property stealing money materials and hiding many issues that would come up later if they hadn’t been addressed.
We took on the Job for the lovely couple and corrected all the mistakes of the previous contractor, the repairs were quite extensive. The repairs are as follows
Many rafter repairs,
Complete re sheet 1/2” on a 20/12 pitch roof,
Installing proper rafter venting, without it the roof would have continued to condensate and rot the roof.
Installed exposed fastener roofing system with proper flashing details and underlayment.
Re installed the clients Eavestroughes Soffits and Facia in the required areas.
Installed new insulation and spray foam in required areas.
All while keeping a clear line of communication and taking care of the clients needs
After we had completed the project and made sure the client was well taken care of we presented them with a folder of photographic evidence and statement of witness so they could proceed legally with the contractor that had taken advantage of them.
